Although most 5’4 men wish that they were taller, life as a 5’4 man can still be full of happiness and success. And in addition to that, there are ways that a 5’4 male can make themselves look taller and more confident.

Statistically speaking, a 5’4 man is in the 5th height percentile, meaning that approximately 95% of other men will be taller than him.

Research suggests that short men are often perceived as less competent than taller individuals and are less likely to achieve career success. ^[1]

But guess what?

Other people’s perception of you doesn’t have to make you feel a certain way because it’s you who’s ultimately in control of your own thoughts. And anyway, there are countless examples of 5’4 men having successful lives and careers.

And honestly, I really don’t think 5’4 is short to the point where you’re going to get stared at for your height.

Many 5’4 guys might wish that they were a bit taller, but I say that you can compensate for your height by being confident and focusing on the areas of your appearance that you can control.
